Job Description
WW First Aid, a
division of WW Uniform Service, is seeking a Sales and Service
Representative to sell and service customers in a manner that exceeds
their expectations. Key responsibilities include focusing on new
business-to-business account development in our First Aid & Safety Division.

to introduce you to WW First Aid, a division of WW Uniform Service.
Our business has been based in Wallingford, CT, for 99 years –
spanning 3 generations of family ownership. We stay relevant for our customers
and employees by staying true to whom we are, consistently delivering the best
first aid, uniform rental, facility products, and personal service from people
who get it.
As a WW First Aid and Safety Service Sales Representative, you’ll
sell and service First Aid customers within an assigned geographic territory.
We’re continuing to invest in technology and marketing support,
with a recent website update, ongoing marketing, lead nurturing, and creating
the collateral you need to connect with prospective businesses.
You’ll work and report to our First Aid and
Safety manager while working closely with our customer service, sales, and
route service teams, who will ensure a smooth transition for your new
customers.
Responsibilities include
prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting
programs, and meeting a sales quota. In addition,
we offer lots of qualified prospects!
Sales and Service
Representatives will also develop and maintain relationships with customers on
a route schedule; replace used
and/or outdated products; service any safety equipment that requires
periodic maintenance; and up-selling products that will benefit the customer
and ensure OSHA compliance.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Possess a valid driver's license in
good standing
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
- Sales experience
- Prospecting, cold calling, and exceeding a Sales
Quota
- Customer service experience
