Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding guest expectations.
Execute the use of all system tools and training programs to ensure product quality and overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with established Zaxby’s performance and operating standards.
Maintain compliance with all Local, State and Federal guidelines as pertains to Labor Departments, Health Departments and OHSA, etc.
Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring only top performers.
Assist the General Manager with training development by completing team member evaluations in a timely manner.
Create an effective work schedule to meet labor goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in executing quarterly business plans through the use of systems, training, operation manuals and all other available resources.
Responsible for meeting cost control goals and maintaining proper inventory levels.
Continually mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Managers in the operation of a Zaxby’s unit to prepare them for the next level of management.
Understand and assist in the execution of all in-store marketing plans.
Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
Lifting a minimum 50 lbs. overhead.
Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:
Communicating with others.
Reading and writing.
Work a 45 hour week minimum.
Prior to entering position, candidate must pass a drug screen and complete a background check and MVR check.
Subject to periodic and random drug screening.
Subject to annual background check and MVR check.
In-store training program completed.
Online ZFL management test passed with a 90% or above.
