Compliance Specialist

Bittersweet is seeking a compliance and records specialist to work full time at our Whitehouse location. This position will be responsible for monitoring all on going program compliance related to CMS, ODH and DODD regulations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Attend all mandatory meetings, trainings, or in-services scheduled and take meeting minutes as directed.
  • Maintain program records compiled and accessible to meet compliance requirements including, but not limited to, UIR/MUI logs, DDP submissions, meeting minutes, sign in sheets, fire drills, emergency response planning, etc.
  • Assist various programs with supplemental compliance functions in balance with workload and at the supervisors discretion.
  • Maintain and secure all company records to meet compliance requirements in all departments
  • Assist with departmental compliance audits in all programs

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite required, Provider Pro Software Series, Brittco and DODD system knowledge a plus
  • Understanding and ability to interpret laws, rules and regulations
  • Ability to work in collaboration with all departments
  • Must be able to multitask and be well organized and efficient
  • Bachelor's Degree preferres
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
