Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C. is seeking an Accounting Clerk/AR to join our Firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. The firm offers a rewarding and positive work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and exceptional growth opportunities.
Duties include:
Accounts Receivables
Prepare and evaluate aging of outstanding invoices
Resubmit past due invoices
Research and identify commission detail reports
Research Cost and Fee payments
Backup for team and assist with projects as they arise
Prepare and post AR payments from Clients
Prepare and reconcile end of the month report
Advance Excel Knowledge (Vlookups, queries, calculated columns, multi tab formulas and other functions as needed)-Must
Knowledge of ACCESS-Plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per HOUR
